Dog Poops.. Who is responsible?

7.30am is the time when i usually make my way to school.. There is 2 routes which lead to may school.
1 of the route has a longer distance then the other. Obviously i will always prefer the shortest route.
But there is always a problem with this particular route. Residents around my area will always walk facing down looking at the ground.
It is not because they are crazy or looking for ‘papers’ due to the ‘carelessness’ of other people but it is actually because of….
Yes. Dog shit. They are just trying to avoid from stepping on it
I know it is normal for us to see this lying around. The sickening part is, it is more then 1. Which means it is not only at a particular place but it is scattered around the pathway.
Some of the unlucky ones might step on it as sometimes i can see footprint along the pathway.. Eewww..
So who is actually at fault? The owner or the is it Dog?
I personally think it is the owners responsibility to actually bring at least a small plastic bag so they could pick it up and throw it away. If you say it is the dog responsibility, it does not make any sense as they can’t do anything about it.
So.. People who have a pet dog.. Do your part will you??

I agree it is TOTALLY the owners fault!
My BF has NO PROBLEM walking up to a person and telling them they need to pick up after their dogs! Where I live they are suppose to or they can get sited I think…but I still see poop here and there. I ALWAYS watch people with their dogs and see if they pick it up!
…OR I look to see if they are carrying a plastic bag!

well.. although it might offend other people.. i still think that we should voice out as we are like the victim??!! you can never know when is your turn to contribute the footprints to the pathway.. and at that point of time you would be cursing them.. Lol..

DOnt blame the dog owners. The poops all belong to me!
Okay on a serious note, irresponsible dog owners should be penalised i.e. summon. You know, just erect a law under the “littering” act or something, if there is one.
If all else fails, just STOMP them lah. Your handphone got camera or not?
