GROSS! I agree it is TOTALLY the owners fault! My BF has NO PROBLEM walking up to a person and telling them they need to pick up after their dogs! Where I live they are suppose to or they can get sited I think...but I still see poop here and there. I ALWAYS watch people with their dogs and see if they pick it up! ...OR I look to see if they are carrying a plastic bag! LOL! Oh My Gosh!

My BF has NO PROBLEM walking up to a person and telling them they need to pick up after their dogs! Where I live they are suppose to or they can get sited I think…but I still see poop here and there. I ALWAYS watch people with their dogs and see if they pick it up!
